Party Submission Form

After submitting form and paying the deposit you will receive an email to confirm your parties date and time.

  • In the event of any unforeseen circumstance that requires party cancellation, we must be notified two weeks before the date of event. We will do our best to reschedule the party, however, in the event that is not a possibility the deposit is non-refundable. The non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due the Tuesday before the reserved party date and is non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or no show.
  • Party hosts may upgrade or downgrade from Sunshine to Fairyland or Fairyland to Sunshine package two weeks before the date of the event. No Downgrades allowed for Dream Package or Fantasy Package as these are private use of the entire play center.
  • Please notify our staff of any guests' food allergies prior to your event. No outside food or drink allowed. The only exception for party host is cake, cupcakes, one fruit tray OR one veggie tray (additional items will be subject to a service fee starting at $50).
